Coffee beans TM "CAFEIERE" CLASSIC, 1kg
Composition
This product is a blend of Arabica and Robusta, and there are several aspects that make it more attractive than similar blends:
● Arabica is used from Mexican and Brazilian varieties. The former is known to have quite strong acidity, while the latter is minimal.
● The robusta used in the blend is of Asian origin: India and Vietnam. Moreover, the Indian variety – Cherry – is nobler than the vast majority of analogues.
Description of taste and aroma
The result is a classic balanced taste that will appeal to even the most demanding gourmets. The drink has a pleasant aftertaste, and among the shades of taste and aroma, you can distinguish nuts, chocolate, wine notes and vanilla undertones. Mexican Arabica is distinguished by its velvety body. However, it is worth noting that each of the shades is minimally expressed - it is possible that you will feel them to varying degrees, especially depending on whether you use sugar and other additives.
You won't find harsh notes in Cafeiere Classic, it's more versatile and suitable for most buyers. It's a kind of gold standard for the brand. The beans are medium-dark roasted.
